So - are the first few posts screened before hey go up or do you screen EVERY post before it goes up?

Are spammers really that bad here?

Yes spammers really are that bad here.

Every post is screened before approval.

Eventually some members receive preapproved status, which means their posts clear immediately without being approved first by a moderator.
