Wouldn't place too much faith in the above (simplistic) article. The last Q&A is wrong. Generating network traffic isn't very taxing on your CPU at all.

In a legal deposition, which is video recorded is the only time a lawyer refers to as "in camera", as in the taking of a deposition where the witness is not able to appear before a jury personally, an in camera deposition takes its place.
It is not having anything to do with the judge, except that a judge may order that the deposition be taken this way.
The judge does not wait for, or do anything to the witness, that would be illegal.
Your website incorrectly states this.
I would appreciate your correcting this at your earliest opportunity.

Bruce Calvin Raisley, 51, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, January 13, 2014

He was born on April 27, 1962 to Robert and Faith (Nelson) Raisley in New Haven, CT. He was an Army Veteran and a computer programmer. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Raisley.

Survivors include his mother, Faith Raisley of Clarksville, IN, son, Stephen Raisley of IL; brothers, Wayne Raisley of Charlestown, IN, and William Raisley of San Antonio, TX; sisters, Becky Green of Marengo, IN, and Roberta Dooley of Otisco, IN.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Mt. Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 9am on Saturday till the time of the service at 11am.
