Speaking of which, here's a good joke for y'all...

This guy is having a drink when a fellow walks in, saunters up to the bar, and gives
the high sign to the barkeep.

"The usual", He says.

The bartender mixes an exotic concoction and sits it on the bar before him. The guy
slugs it down in, walks to the window, throws it open, and leaps out (the bar is the
penthouse of a highrise hotel). He flies around the building, lands on the window
sill, and saunters back to the bar to order another of the same. Then, to the
astonishment of all present, he repeats his incredible stunt.

When he returns to the bar the second time the guy next to him inquires; "Damn,
what's that you're drinking?"

"I call it 'The Flying Man'", he answers.

The inquirer turns to the bartender and says; "Give me what he's drinking!"

After gulping the libation he goes to the window and leaps out, only to SPLAT
on the pavement 30 stories below.

The barkeep leans over the bar and says; "Ya know, you're a real ass**** when
you've been drinking, Superman!"

In my opinion humor is a blessing dropped on us from God himself.

How can humor be under rated? Sure if you're in total denial of facing your problems, and you use it as a permanent irritating crutch. However, humor in my experience can be very healing. Sometimes when a person is going through enormous amounts of adversity of any kind, humor can ease the trauma and get you through. It's better than drugging yourself or becoming a drunk. Don't you think?
