In the last 35+Years the Mystique of the Hells Angels,Satans Slaves,Heathens,Mongols... and The Free Spirit Lifestyle of Biker Gangs and Their Bike of Choice (Harley-Davidson) have caused an Allure and many Americans have taken the bait ! This Subculture/Hobby is Well worth Discussion in this forum ! :roll:

Billy Idol,Nick Cage,Jay Leno,Mickey Roarke,Lauren Hutton,Dennis Hopper,Various Sports Figures,Peter Fonda... all of these folks are Bitten by this bug! 8)

You're talking about two different groups here: Clubs / Gangs like the Mongols, Hells Angels, Satan's Slaves, etc are 1%ers - real hard core, bad to the bone, lifer outlaw bikers. The others you mentioned are either 99%er hobbyists (Leno & Fonda, for instance) or posers just indulging in the latest variation of the "Look at Me!! I'm Macho!!" contest. The outlaws would be interesting from a cult perspective, but the posers??? That's as deep a subject as a dinner plate. :roll:

Take away the cops, private security, bodyguards, cameras, and media and those people wouldn't go near outlaw turf.
