Greetings,
This is my first post to the group and I am wondering if anybody here has any info on folks who are in jail over the issue of refusing driver's license for religious reasons. I am specifically looking for those who refuse on the basis of having their name spelled in ALL CAPS. When arrested they refuse to cooperate with the court and police because to do so would be, "to give the STATE jurisdiction and leave God's jurisdiction".

Thus far I have only read the "success" stories from these adherents who have followed this "path" and have been released
after three days in jail. This seems strange that these people have received no judgement and only fuels their claims.

I am seeking somebody who has traveled this road and has done time for either contempt of court or whatever.
