Yes I agree with you. Here in illinois there are now many (13 in fact) Dahn yoga facilities. I know awhile back someone went "undercover" and reported some very scary things. Unfortunately I missed that report and went to sign up for a month. It is not good. DAHN YOGA HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOGA !!!!! I got a "gut feeling" right away that something was NOT right. You ALWAYS need to trust YOUR OWN FEELINGS. If it dosen't seem right - then just "GET OUT." I lost money but I feel GOOD that I may be able to help someone else. Just think about it -- you do not expect a "cult" when you sign up for yoga. This is why so many people have been "burned." If you join a church you know that the possibility exists.
