I just wanted to show that brothers and sisters follow their own hearts. Some didn't remain strict vegetarian, while others did. Some remained celibate while others had kids. Some like living near Amen and others live elsewhere. God is with us all. I haven't seen Amen or talked to him in 10 years, but I still believe He is the Lord.

Please explain what you mean by saying Amen "is the Lord."

God in the flesh.

That's pretty much what cult members that followed David Koresh and Marshall Applewhite thought about their leaders too.

I know that Amen said, speaking of people in general: "If they believe in Jesus, they're alright."

Inthewind:

Since you said previously that "Amen" is supposedly "God in the flesh" does that mean his call to "believe in Jesus" is a call to believe in him? Or did Amen make such distinctions? That is, that his claim of being "God in the flesh" didn't include any part of the trinity as believed by Christians?

I listen to a Christian radio station. There are a lot of people who believe in Jesus. I just believe that He is also back on earth.

So you believe this man that calls himself "Amen" is "Jesus...back on earth"?

I think I've answered that in other comments.

I don't recall that you have answered that question directly.

But if you believe this individual is "Jesus...back on earth" his call to "believe in Jesus" is simply a call to believe in him.

In this light it also seems that the "Christ Family" nameis little more than an indication of a group gathered around an individual that claims to be "Christ."

A classic personality-driven cult.
