P.S. Cautions and warnings made about meditation should be taken seriously. As part of a tantra course I took 13 years ago, I participated in dynamic meditation and had a very bad reaction to it. I was lucky to be brought out of it without harm. BE VEWY, VEWY CAREFUL!
