Help Required-russian based alien cultists

Hi All-I'm search for the name and all information on a russian or ukraine based alien cult.The founder/leader is female and members can achieve all the desire buy purchase of specifically numbered books sold by the cult,the required number of books an order in which they are read depends on what you wish to achieve,copies of the books do not work and the books themselves consist of nonsense rhymes-all or any help greatly appreciated as I have been unable to source any info on this group :(
