Anyone know anything about a touching, "healing" technique they use called "touch assistance"?
Recently a friend was sick and a Scientology acquaintance offered to perform this procedure. I was suspicious. Very.
The person offering this "assistance" seemed quite pushy.

I don't even know where to start with the "touch assist" principle. Try starting here and work your way through the links as well as looking around Rick Ross's site on the subject. It's basically bull honkey administered by non-medical professionals masquerading as legitimate scientific cures for any array of illnesses.

I have heard of it outside of the COS. I did not know it was affiliated with scientology at all until recently.
