Yup, we have lots of stuff in our energetic bodies. I find it
easiest to picture them one bit at a time.

I was re-reading some of the material I was refering to today. The way I learn'd it according to the Flower of Life Material and our Shamballa MDH 13 D stuff, the Thymus gland is an energetic heart. Some of the other WingMaker material refers to the heart as the fastest quantum conductor of energy. I always sort of do an internal translation with that material, so don't make me your guru anytime soon. Hehe haha.

Drunvulo and Thoth have some thoughts from upstairs, but as far as I'm concerned it is essensial in my own personal ascension stuff that the Thymus remains the heart chakra in the center of my chest just across from that blood pumping heart. The Pumping heart is a very clever mechanism in of itself. I could go into my personal intent/visualazations, but I don't want to bore you.

Maybe I will, hehe. There's a process I sometimes use to activate-visualize the heart pumping what we term "crystal" and light. It's simple enough, but I also use our only symbol to activate and draw in the Shamballa energies as well.
I don't want to go into that much, because, frankly eventually we are trying to get away from the whole reiki-like symbol usage, this will be the last one we use, but I digress.
I do that.

Location: Homer, Alaska---The journey is the destination. It IS interesting! and Wonderful!

And the thought occurred to me that the idea that the thymus "shrivels up and is no longer useful when we are adults" may be because physically it has done that while making more use of the "energetic" body. That would make it more of the energetic heart. more of that 90/10 relationship thingy maybe?

Talk Drunvalo and Thoth to me all you want, dear. I've been through the class, watched all the films, met the sweet guy once and have a close relationship to one of his facilitators here in town. Although I would have to say that I don't do the meditation everyday and I haven't read all the books. But life in itself has always been the meditation for me. I feel like all I have to do is remember the merkaba and it starts up.

I rarely mention him. D.M.'s group is not offiliated with mine.
In fact, I'm not sure he's so fond of some of us. Hehehe.
Gary Smith was part of the inception of our group way back when John Armitage was sort of starting it.
D.M. has written an open letter to him and that's never good.
I hope I never get one of those. Hehehehehe.
Merkaba on LTF.
I found it interesting, though, that Thoth has started to articulate for "all" the Ascended Masters.
Saves me the trouble of having to channel anymore.
Now I can quit my crappy hierarchy job and concentrate on my crappy love
life.
That was a so called joke, but anyway.
Drunvulo says he's one of those "drop in's" by the way.
His body is on contract and the old soul that was there went away and he
stepped in.
John Armitage relates something like that, but different.
He "channels" Germain and others, but he isn't there all the time like Drunvulo says he is.
I am not affiliated with the Flower of Life folks, by the way.
The only group I am affiliated with is Shamballa MDH.
Our Merkaba meditation is, um, different.

Yeah, people say that after a while you don;t have to go through the whole thing. I never liked D.M.'s complicated breathing stuff.
Although, the best part of his work has GOT to be Tantric Egyptian immortality. That was fun to practice. Tee hee.
We have yet to include anything like it in our group, one day when I stop blushing about it I may mention it in my group.
You say the word sex, though, and everyone gets very interested in their first two chakras and it can be hard, so to speak, to get them out of that region.
Tehehehehe.
See? Even I giggle about it.
