Any suggestions on starting the process in dealing with a place that's calling itself a "treatment center" but has no DHEC licensing to be "treating?" Numerous people have contacted DHEC but the place seems very good at putting itself off as not treating. Members of our community do not know how it is that they are still operating. Any ideas?
