So sorry to hear about your son. My husband and I were in a cult for a long time and what you describe here is similar to how we behaved. We only know about Mamas through others who have lost a close friend to this place. If people have been involved in a group like this they may recognize signs of one in the descriptions on the Mamas website. There are many support systems for famlies

To keep this record updated, here's a 2011 video of Mary Miller, cult leader of Gentle Wind Project, now morphed into "I-Ching Systems." "Mary Miller from the 2011 GIN Family Reunion Event in the Bahamas." Allows herself to be called "Doctor" without credentials, sports new age workshop garb for aging gurus, still delivers the same tired old talk, and

Thanks for the Youtube link. Cynthia Knorr-Mulder, who "Moe" Miller surely coerced into doing this low quality video, has been a Gentle Wind Project (AKA many other names) follower for years. Quotecorboy I wanted to correct my earlier writing so as to make clear that it is not an easy matter to take ones power back after having had ones own inner life taken over and co-opted. I was worried when I re-read my old essay and wrote in a seemingly easy manner to take ones power back. It has been a few years and I have discovered this is much harder than I ever recognized at the time.

In addition to Gentle Wind Project / Mary Miller's new book, the cult also posted some poor quality propaganda videos on You Tube. Though the Miller Family (Gentle Wind Project) is pushing their new book "Caught in the Act of Helping" on the "Life Insights" website, they are more likely to be known by Family Systems Research Group or FSRG. They've also co-opted the I-Ching name for their products. People often come to the former members' website, Wind of Changes, after searching for: FSRG
