Thank you for your post, you explained it so clearly. I can relate to everything you stated. My experience is very similar , but was connected to Gestalt therapy ,and Transactional Analysis Therapy. The last four years have been traumatic for me. I have gone to the brink of suicide to, I have lost all my identity and doubt every word that I speak and think . I won't go into the brainwashing

I guess the point for me is not whether you choose to wear a Burka and believe the far fetched claims of Islam or choose to go to bed at 9pm and believe the wild claims of Universal Medicine. It would be difficult to maintain a relationship if your partner came home one night dressed in a Burka, but that would be her choice. I can either accept that or move on The fact is, we are seeing a grea

You will notice that nobody on the new UM blog has responded to the supernatural/mystical allegations. Understandable, as this would require the function of 'Critical Thinking' If UM students are happy to put their trust in what is being presented spherically by Serge and ignore or refuse to engage in the 'Parts' that do not come with a shred of evidence or proof. QuoteMacReadyIt's rather like Christianity minus the detail of Christ's resurrection. The entire foundation for the belief system has been changed. Or Christianity minus the detail of creation. Evidence for evolution kills that construct from the start. History shows us people will still believe in something, even when it has been shown to be a lie. Why is this such a surprise?

Re tampons; This is a new one! I honestly don't get why Serge would say stuff like this unless he is convinced what he is saying is true and doesn't care what people think. Or is incredibly daft. If control and money is what drives the man, I can't help but wonder why he says so many things that get people off side. Really stupid way to build a large following.

Has anybody here thought about speaking at one of the monthly EGD's. I wonder if Serge would allow a person or 'group' to 'present' some of the arguments brought up here that he or his family could then reply to. This could reach a large number of people deeply involved and give them a different perspective on the principles of UM. Failing an official invitation

Quotetreefern Serge if you think so highly of women, to the point that you tell/suggest to men that they ask permission to even touch their wives, so stupid, why treat these girls so badly? You are right treefern. Now that I think of it the UM office reception is like a dog box. This brings to mind another of Serge's teachings that is extremely debilitating and cancerous to a relationsh

QuoteSo the entities don't control people but essentially they control (!) or influence people as a result of bad choices. Logic would suggest that any bad choices an individual makes are the result of a thought process, otherwise they wouldn't be choices. Serge also teaches that we are incapable of individual thought, that all thoughts and ideas are impulsed to us either from '

QuotecorboyPending question: Does behavior of UM dieters match anything reported in the Ancel Keyes study? Do the UM dieters wear extra clothing and behave as though they have low body temp? Yes, I have found they do wear heaps more clothing. I found myself thinly dressed, when many others had thick jackets on and/or blankets around them. Keeping warm is an important thing. For example

MacReady Good points. I agree with everything you said. QuoteNote: Serge claims that murder, rape, suicide, pedophilia etc are all the result of entities entering and manipulating the perpetrator. How then can he claim that entities have no real power and as such are nothing to worry about? This is a good question. From what I know, the entities are given easy entry because of the life choic
