Sparrow Having talked to some much respected martial artists in the UK who do know their stuff in my research into CH. The general comment on CH was that he was a very good at copying things but had very little understanding or application. This is highlighted by the fact that he was 'mugged' for his watch and pen several times (buy that mugger a beer). The people who I talked t

Eddie, I came across them or something with the same name about 12 years ago when attending an AGM at Reading. They were very much a a 'rant and cant' group. I dont know if the leader was called George. From the comments I heard they were targeting students and those who had problems with being away from the home environs for the first time. James

UK sceptics has brought to light certain issues which do need to be addressed within this form. There is a distinct possibility that Hansard may have abused or encouraged his male counterparts to abuse clients. With the demise of Hansard's little empire this must bring with it a very bitter reality to those who were allowed into this privileged inner circle. Is there an equivalent of th

There is a rather interesting discussion on the UK Sceptics concerning Hansard et.al. 'Let us face the uncomfortable fact once again that former associates of Hansard's were seemingly fully aware of reported abuses for years before I first contributed to this forum. During this protracted period, during which we are given to understand that abuses were all too frequent, what excused

Dear RR Moderator, Thank you this will enable us to return to the central issue. Sparrow thank you for your well timed and precise summary. I feel we should now actively encourage those who feel they have been subjected to inappropriate behaviour to come forward. I say inappropriate because clearly some of the abuse issues are psychological, some spiritual and others physical in nature.

Dorje I found this comment to me from one of your postings James, like so many of Hansard’s disillusioned patients and acolytes you demonstrate confusion. Do you really now think that Jeffrey Bowe is the problem? Perhaps if you had as much experience as Jeffrey Bowe has of the persecution and exploitation of the Tibetan community and its traditions you would understand him better. I und

Jeff, Given you PROVEN history of eliminating facts you dont like, how do we even know that the letter originates from Dr Barry Clark? Before I accept this letter I demand that you go to a solicitor and have it notarised. I demand that you pay for the same service for Dr Barry Clak so that we can be certain the contents are his and have not been edited by you. 1 where did you recive your

Essential reading concerning the blatant dishonesty of Jeff Bowe and his postings on this forum. I checked his blogs before posting this for CF. I am shocked by they way he has mislead the forum which is a place to view the truths others wish to hide. He does the things he that he dams in others. Dear James, I hope you are well and I wonder if you could help me. As you are aware - for

This was sent to me today by CF, before posting I checked Jeff Bowes blogs. Sadly its true, Jeff has removed all of the replies from CF and left the accusations. He has distorted the nature of the postings to such an extent that I can only describe it as fraudulent. Jeff you have no honesty as a researcher or as an individual. Dear James, I hope you are well and I wonder if you could h

Dont think that the men are totally without heart some of use do have one. There are a few exceptions who seem to think that abuse issues are 'redundant'. Quotejeff boweSpeculation as to whether Hansard abused people in the past, or is not engaged in such odious actions presently, with respect, is a redundant debate, he deliberately misrepresented himself as a qualified physician of

Dear JB While all of this is interesting, I find it odd that you refuse to accept the statement of CF at face value, he stated clearly that it was the weekend and that he was waiting to contact the site owners. I appreciate your and all of our concers. But your ability to produce collateral damage is appalling! You set out a vast list of questions and answers and expect immediate replies,

Dear Dorje I take your point, though given CH record could it not be that he took the information from Tibetanway or they both obtained there inspiration from the same source? No, I can say with a clear heart that I am not a stakeholder, I hope you will accept that in good faith. I make that comment because JB has been asked about his connections with CH several times and has never replied.

Quotejeff boweResponsibility for the years of seeming abuse by Christopher Hansard rests firmly upon the shoulders of those who witnessed, experienced or were cognisant of such odious behaviour, yet maintained a shameful and complicit silence. Equally distasteful are the actions of those few individuals who continue to excuse, rationalise and defend Hansard, and his absurd Dur-Con fiction. Dea

Dear Chris Farmer, Thank you for your prompt and open reply, I think the letter you recived form 'one of the developers' ie CH says it all. Clearly you have no association with CH. Thewayishere Thanks for bringing to light Tantra. I think you will find that an client wanting to have an intentional 'tantric sexual experiance' would have gone to a person offering to teach them the process. If you are physician or claim to be as such, 'tantiric sexual practice' is not on the usual prescription. If CH was using 'tantric practice' on peopl

Having followed the links provided by JB and read the responses I would like to ask a few questions. If it is the case that Tibetanway have nothing to do with CH, are you going to remove the accusations? The site administrator has been totally up front with your postings. In the end it matters not if CH cured, was taught, was genuine or is a fraud. He set himself up as a Master Physician and he should be judged as such. By any standard he has breached ethical practice and broken the concept of 'duty of care' his actions should be treated as such. James

Hardly surprising that most people have chosen to withdrawn and not add their name to the against list given the 'name and shame' tactics employed. After all if they do place their names in the list against CH what is the probability that they will turn up in an online blog? James

I worked in Hansards clinic for about a year. I was not part of his group, never wanted the 'dur bon experience' and was only interested in my clients. His clinic rented out spare rooms to other practitioners as is common in the uk. I saw some fairly amazing physical healing. From people who had been in wheel chairs and wounds that would not heal from burns. If this had been plunder

I think the point that mediatoruk was trying to make is that UK law is very different to USA law both in its nature and content. If the case were to be taken to UK courts the results and responsibilities would be seen and treated differently. His point, I think, is that while naming Hansard about provable abuse is valid, trying to draw in those who out of good faith believed or worked alongside

Course organisers are paid to organise courses. In the persuit of a normal working life Ms Pulver has been duped like the rest. She organised courses and no doubt expected to be paid for them just like the people who run, Mind Body Spirit, Ideal Home Exhibition etc, etc. It would be interesting to know if she was ever paid, I doubt that she was. You would have more experience with Hansard in th

I see we are back to the guilty by association trip. This means that every sweetshop that sold chocolate should be prosecuted because of the possibility they were supplied with a contaminated product from the manufacturer? Companies and people operate in good faith, Hansard did not. The fact that he took others in reflects on the nature of his fraud. If we are to assume guilty by associa

fraud: criminal deception, use false of representations to gain unjust advantage; dishonest arifice or trick. As you pointed out CH has entered into fraudlent acts. The acts have included his students, publishers and those who have out of genuine belife supported him. That they could not recognise a fake speaks more of the complexity of CH's fraud and false representations than it does

May I suggest that you are very conservative in the way you approach companies. I would use phrases such as 'I thought you should be made aware of...' 'I inform you because I assume you would not wish to be associated with possible adverse publicity..' I thought it would be in the interest of your company, association, etc, etc..' A gentle approach and a link to t
