Quote Posted by: Onion Date: November 10, 2019 03:41PM Just in the past weeks, I have learned some things that may be of interest or a warning of things to come. As many already know, D. Bruce Larson and Gary Hargrave are currently in Israel conducting a tour with people from CLW and other TLWF churches. I heard that groups of people were told by Gary (and/or Bruce) that Gary Hargrave left

It kind of sounds like JS was the one with anger management problems, among other things, doesn't it? It's so disturbing and disappointing to learn how the TLWF hierarchy routinely covered up clergy sexual abuse of congregants, and most especially of children. A nice big millstone is probably what awaits them.

Typer, kBOY and Puddington, All I can say is that I knew some of what happened on "the farm", but I'm so glad that I didn't live there. What exactly was the purpose of eating someone's afterbith? Nauseating and weird. Of course, there was the time that Rocky chopped the head off of a turkey and the whole kingdom school had to watch.

And yet again I wonder aloud, "Did/do these people even believe in God? Or only in themselves and their right to riches and power?" Also, what the hell was Marilyn afraid of? Not letting her husband be taken to the hospital and properly cared for while he's dying of cancer? Making someone who is grieving sit through and observe the enbalming process? Keeping his body at home for

Imapurple, thank you for sharing. Your experience of sleeping on the couch at Kling while JRS was in the same room in his casket sounds very uncomfortable and surreal. Interesting that you mentioned the closed casket. I had been close to JRS several years before his death, but not so much after the major changes in the late seventies (hint: the changes revolving around Marilyn Holbrook). Since mo

I agree with everything you said about G&M in your letter Onion. I would only add that Marilyn was very harsh and thought a great deal of herself even before the Blix days.

Imapurple and Onion, Thank you both for shedding light into events that most of us knew nothing about. These are sad and upsetting revelations by those who were close to G&M back in the days leading up to and following June 4, 1983. Facts that were known by a few were never revealed to the general congregation. I remember being shocked by Rich's announcement on a Sunday night in South G

There still remain those who believe that they are the elite, the chosen few, the faithful, the Gideon's 300. They have mulishly refused to read Shalom's letters, or the thousands of posts on her Facebook page, most likely out of fear of being rejected by "Christ in the Flesh". Two days remain until the anniversary of this remarkable feat of love and faith. I suggest that thos

I took an ancestry test, but it didn't show any Satanic ancestry unless you count Irish. Aren't Leprechauns and Minnehunies sort of related? Which reminds me, those Minnehunies have certainly been neglecting their duty of protecting JRS' grave, since it has to be moved and all. ; )
