Quotermeo Next they proceeded with a list of what is natural and unnatural emotions, this is part of the becoming more centered and natural thing they described w/ their ever so popular diagram. They assumed that anything that is bad is unnatural (sadness, anger, ect.) and everything good is natural (happy, joyful, ect.).
