Maybe. I don't know. It's still early. But if the lapsed status continues into next month it would certainly be appropriate.

It's really rather a simple matter that takes very little time. 1. If he doesn't renew his license over a period of months than he is, for whatever reason, no longer a licensed mental health professional. 2. If he continues to advertise that he is licensed professional and he is not, anyone can report him and he will be in trouble. Not complicated, not time consuming-- it'

Please keep everyone here advised. This could be serious or a bureaucratic matter of paperwork and delays. It will be interesting to find out what is happening and how this works out.

Blurb: Excuse me. There is a company called Gratitude Cafe that supports Landmark Education programs for its employees. There should be no confusion between the LGAT "Gratitude" and the Gratitude Cafe that supports Landmark. You say, "Gratitude is simply the MOST EFFECTIVE approach that they've personally encountered among a wide range of options." How do you p

Please don't blame or shame cult victims that have been lied to, tricked and trapped by cult leaders. To whom it may concern: LGATs (large group awareness training) like Gratitude is in business to essentially sell the philosophy of the LGAT leader or owner. Most LGATs around today copy other LGATs. The most established and successful LGAT is probably Landmark Education, formerly known as EST (Erhard Seminar Training) founded by Werner Erhard. See Landmark, which claims to provide its p

Does the general SMC membership of the congregation receive an annual budget, which discloses in detail the salaries and compensation paid out from its funds to staff and executives? Or is it that no one in the SMC general membership, except for a select few, actually knows exactly who receives payments and how much? It seems like quite a bit is hidden.

Spy? There is no need to spy as the board is public and anyone registered or not registered can read it. It's interesting to know that the Meade group is so interested in what is posted here. Are families now in regular communication or are they still estranged from family members outside of the church? Is the church now democratically governed like typical Assemblies of God churches

pbxguy: You so come across as a bit 'self-righteous" and judgemental. People are often profoundly hurt and damaged by destructive cults like The Walk and it may affect their life for many years. it's important to sort through this by educating yourself about coercive persuasion and influence techniques and what all cults hare in common regarding their behavior and dynamics.
