WOW. Thank you, zeuszor, for bringing this new age group to our attention. I must say that on the surface, UTHC appears to be another lil' mindless group of no importance...but that bizarre and odd response to you was stunning. This group must be made up of stoners and mental midgets from the diatribe that I read. UTHC, you have done more to bring ridicle upon yourself for the inan

One more humorous thing, if you type in Alex Horn on IMDB (internet Movie Data Base) the only "Alex Horn" who pops up appears to be some porn actor.

Blue, I also performed a grave search at Find-A-Grave website and it came up blank, even with the birth and death year correctly filled out and by using his full name (Alexander Francis Horn (1933–2007)). I got nothing, but that doesn't matter really as Find-A-Grave may not be updated. Not everyone is there. I did limit my grave search to New York state...perhaps he is buried in New Je

I like #3 and #4. #4 is well constructed and while we all know Mormons are bad in bed since they are virgin until marriage, it is still funny as hell. #5 to me is funny as hell knowing the racist history attributed (not to Smith) but to Young. Correct you are Keir. ozzycynic is using too broad a brush to paint "freemasonry" with. The Freemasons use what ever deity is popular in that region. Example, modern freemasons in Japan would have Buddhist texts on their alter, in Israel they would have the Torah, in Saudi Arabia they would use the Koran. The Freemasons "roll with it" where ever they go, they have no one &

freedom fighter, If what I read on "My Story" under "Former Cult Members and Affected Families" is true, then you have my sympanthies. It seems (and I mean no disrespect) you belonged to a hither unknown "furniture cult". If subliminal messages work (they don't and have never been proven scientifically to work) then Madison Avenue would rule the world (they don't and never will). Lets face it folks, we ain't SMART enough to see subliminal messages...our brains (at our current level of evolution) are barely able to grasp OBVIOUS PRODUCT PLACEMENTS IN HOLLYWOOD FILMS! ???? More information is needed. What was the "cult"? Many people abuse others for financial gain, but that doesn't meet the Rick Ross 4-point definition of a cult. I am glad you appear to be out of this "artistic cult". Could you share more definitive information with us? I would be interested to hear more facts. Thanks in advance.

In a nutshell, here is a quote from a journalist: There were gurgles and bleats, a few wolf calls. . . . Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Shepherd coming toward me, head down, tufts of white hair ringing a bald spot. . . . Meanwhile, I felt a slight presence at my rear, and turned to see a man beginning to sniff my buttocks. ''Woof!" he said. The question of how to impro

Mindconcern, I would go one step further and caution even people who go to an unskilled/newbie chiropractor. There are numerous documented cases of "Victims of Chiropractic" (Prometheous (sp?) books), people who have been terribly injured or even who have had STROKES set off by skeletal manipulation. All unskilled/holistic healers should be avoided like the plague.

QuoterrmoderatorWhenever someone makes demands, for example money, based on supernatural claims that cannot be proven objectively, it's time to pause and think things through very carefully. Firstly, I would add to what rrmoderator has stated. Check with your local (state/province) jurisdiction on this. In my state in the US, this sort of "cleansing of money" is recognized as a

just-googling, please stop this 9-11 conspiracy insanity and your links to avoid Rick Ross' oversite on your postings. I cannot begin to tell you how much it hurts and insults the intelligence. If you or a loved one were not in Washington, NYC or (god forbid) on the planes, you have NO IDEA how disgusting (at least to me) you appear. I do not think Rick Ross is a place for 9-11 "tru

What I meant was the influx of fundamental islamists into Italy for the labour force. Once they "enclave" in an area, Sharia law will follow (within the community) and Sharia allows up to 4 wives/man.

Izzie, being Italian you may be experiencing your very own "Juniper Creek" in the future. The difference is that FLDS can have "unlimited" wives as long as they can afford them and, as I understand it, fundamentalist Islamics may only have up to four (4). With the rising fundamentalist muslim population it only stands to reason that eventually a group will demand (or start)

Travis, from my personal experience, you have illuminated an abusive church. While it does not appear to be a "true cult" (Rick Ross definitions) it is clearly abusive and controlling. I am sorry for your loss of your girlfriend. She sounds totally indoctrinated. Your best hope is she "awakens" and escapes but with her mom firmly entrenched, I have few hopes. Perhaps Mr.

QUOTE:"Section 501(c)(3) is a tax law provision granting exemption from the federal income tax to non-profit organizations. I think brainwashing is real in many cults and even main-stream religions. I recently read something about Islam being an excellent example of brain-washing. You force the converts/believers to stop what they are doing and pray 5 times a day when they hear the Iman's call to prayer. It re-establishes their shackles of religion, pulling them back to kneel and pray toward a goal (Mecca).

Excellent detective work and thanks so much, the Anticult, for the ease of the posted links from Rick Ross. It makes looking at this cult so much easier to access (as opposed to letting me cut and past the name of the strange group and then plugging it in to the database. Great, great job!). Until you made this posting, I had no idea of this peculiar cult. Thanks!
