As an Active licensed real estate agent, in Colorado, I COULD NOT AGREE MORE! Heed his words. I see so many folks who buy into these "no money down" programs. It takes a lot more than buying a tape set and a couple books.

Well a Master degree and a Business degree. Are you a mortgage officer? Let me enlighten you to the facts. I PAY bi-weekly on my mortgage and it will take seven years off of my total mortgage. Lets examine the numbers. 0.000023 people make it in MLMs. But people buy lottery tickets. Why? Because it's easy and they can blame the system if it doesn't work. In my town there are 3000 real estate agents. Only about 200 make the money. Good money that is. Why? THEY ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK. Grow up. Statitics are excuses for folks not willing to work.
