I would say "King Football" and the Penn State "Joe Paterno Legacy" are a cults. Look at how much PSU pulled in from donations as a result of the scandal... http://www.cnn.com/2012/07/09/us/pennsylvania-penn-state-donations/index.html Almost 209 million dollars! Where are the donations for the abused children? Also, what kind of people would hold a football coach above abused

When 'teachers' have things affecting their lives that they have implied something of the sort couldn't happen to someone like them, do you feel bad? It is clear that the thoughts-create-our-experience belief has created great apathy in those whom practice it. We hear so much from them about intention and vibration, but yet things that these teachers claim cannot effect someone

Quote... how come every time I go to their website, they're selling something? New agers, or enlightened/ascended people, make it a business and want you to buy their stuff. [/quote Love it! Thank you, Christa, for sharing! I must say I have always gotten a really creepy feeling from Kim Eng. There has been something there that has always seemed fishy to me. Also, Tolle seems to have changed drastically even since the Oprah series. I was really amazed to see that eckhart.tv charges $75/6mo of service. A lot of people who want to spread the word do basic videos and post them on yo

@Christa: Thanks for your response. I apologize sorry for my (super) late response. I wasn't at all criticizing the Internet or free speech. I was, however, strongly implying that BTR should take better responsibility in informing the listeners about the risks involved and that credentials that hosts claim are not verified in any way. If I was told correctly, BTR will be charging hosts f

Insanity, Spiritual Teachers and Blog Talk Radio I first got sucked into the insanity of this New Age movement after seeing “The Secret”. After that, I told my sister about it and she then she got me my first psychic reading. I was really adamant about being a better person and took the course with Oprah and Eckhart Tolle shortly after that. I honestly held these people up like they knew more
