Has anyone here ever gotten their loved-one back from Landmark or similar after so long? If so how? I'd appreciate some insight and/or advice. If my friend's still on the fence, how can I help her to see without making her more obstinate? If she's still mowing the grass on the other side, should I just call it quits and write her off for good? I hesitate to do the last, for it'

Hello anyone: Were you searching to better yourself and/or your circumstances, but instead you got burned by being coerced into something that didn't really suit you? Does this sound like you too? While not all members of the following groups are guilty of this, nevertheless enough are that I ask you the following: Are you repelled and appalled by smug, patronzing, know-it-all

QuoteAcid Reindeermidonov123, Landmark doesn't have gurus, not in the classic sense. a guru-chela relationship consists of the teacher (guru) and a student or acolyte (chela). more broadly, a guru can mean a spiritual teacher who may have influence on followers he or she has never met. pretty much by definition, a guru has their own school or at least their own branch of an existing schoo

I can't believe I'm posting here on my day off, sheeesh! I guess I need to work on my reality creation, huh? I sometimes think that the trouble with Landmark's flirtations with manifestation theory is that they horribly confuse philosophy with metaphysics. Existentialism seems to bear the closest resemblance to landmark. Existentialism is a wholly atheis

QuoteVicarionI have about as much respect for the field of psychology as I do for organized religion (in other words zilch), but CBT is a sane approach in the midst of a lot of nuttiness. Too much psychology seems to have more in common with "alternative (hocus-pocus) healing" than with science. We do spend entirely too much time "performing" for others in our lives, don&#

It was just within the maximum commute radius, sounded just good enough to be true, yet vague eno
