I have looked into this now, Master Oh and Kim have avoided being the Directors of Innersound- why? because when the legal hammer is brought down on this organisation who is going to be held responsbile- legally the directors- so yes as someone posted before Master Oh is going to possibly get away with things and just fly back to Korea when things go bad whereas his underlings will be in prison.
