I'd like to add more about ayahuasca, especially as it relates to cultism. Ayahuasca is different from recreational drugs and drugs of abuse, including alcohol, in that those normally make one feel good when one is under the effects, and then one feels bad afterward. Ayahuasca, on the other hand, is at best an unpleasant experience. It can be a physical and mental ordeal. You have to ha

I would like to give a little background. I have been a moderator of the Ayahuasca forums for twelve years (and a member a few years longer) and (besides living for several years with Amazonian Indians, being a member of the Santo Daime church, and being a member of a network of academic researchers who study ayahuasca from many different angles) have had a front row seat for many people's

Okay, I heard from someone with a connection that they just submitted their application yesterday. Quotedabcult I Know for sure that Trinity is sending mass email telling people that they will be able to be taking ayahuasca in America if they join his church right now ...for only his church members will be able to attend ceremonies .. If Gayle is right ....then it is a monumental scam ..by a

Quotedabcult for exemple I tought religious belief made a difference but you say No So is it only a question of safety ? The content of their religious beliefs cannot be considered in these cases. What the courts and the DEA can consider is whether it is a fake religion made up to get around the law. But that is not what we should get involved in. The DEA can figure that part out for thems

Just wanted to add (since I can't figure out how to edit a post that is waiting to be moderated) -- the DEA is not going to care about how Trinity treats his employees. Safety will be their main concern. The issue to stick to is why AH is unsafe.

Quotedabcult I am Canadian ...so My opinion might not matter to the DEA . That doesn't matter at all. They are not looking for your vote. They are not even elected officials. They will be looking for evidence of whether this is safe or not. Quotei would like to know what is the deal with Guzman not being able to enter the USA What I heard is that the border officials, after looki

Hello dabcult -- 1) Guzman doesn't follow any religion, he makes it up as he goes along. He thinks that calling AH a "religion" and a "church" and a "faith" is enough. The DEA will look at that too -- they (and the courts) are not permitted to consider the content of a religion's beliefs but they can look at the sincerity -- whether the religion is just

When you write to the DEA, just stick to the safety issue. Don't talk about cults, delusional pseudo-shamans, fake spirituality or any of that. That is outside of their purview and would muddy the issue for them. Make it clear and simple, just talk about the unsafety of AH's lack of qualifications and say that it would be dangerous public policy to set a precedent to let just anyone,

Hi, Individual letters would probably work better than a petition. Of course, don't talk about the danger of being nabbed by the DEA or the police. The safety issue to talk about is whether it is safe to take ayahuasca in group settings under unqualified, inexperienced people. Now, we don't want to say that ayahuasca is nothing but dangerous and that it should be banned for an

Quoteliminal This was just published, a thorough examination of Ayahuasca Healings. The author initially wondered if Trinity and crew were just naive, now she believes they are deliberately manipulative. Hello, I am the author of the above article. I discovered this thread (and this forum) while doing research for it. I wouldn't characterize the article as a thorough examination of

Hi Tohan, You say you have been to the Crimson Circle for 8 years. Then you asked us to follow another guru by the name of Torben Hansen. I looked into his website. Torben Hansen says: - NASA who have been launching rockets to the moon are satanists. - CIA who protect the united states of america against spies are satanists. Hello? Torben Hansen says masturbation is wrong, and s
