This article just adds to the rah-rah Tulsi - she's so pretty, she's a surfer, she served in the military, etc etc it barely touches on the "cultivation" of all the Gabbards that has gone on by Chris Butler. it briefly mentions the perversity of Butler worship (would YOU eat his tonails as "prasadam" ?) the world is full or former Butler "devotees" whose

It is pretty hopeless. Most of the Hawaiian electorate, both Democrats and Republicans, are just so darn proud of the fact that their pretty, bikini wearing surfer-girl, fatigue wearing combat veteren, upwardly mobile congresswoman is taking a spot on the national stage. This will NOT be easy to overcome. It may be impossible.

My wife & I have been working for Bernie; phoning & canvassing as well as donating more than we can really afford. Any time I hear a campaign worker mention Gabbard, I get their email address and send them as well as selected postings from this forum. I would advise others involved in support of the Sanders campaign to do the same. Sometimes I wish the culteducation forum were a litt

New show on hulu, The Path, shows people trying to escape craziness of a cult, The Meyerist Movement. The official plot synopsis provided by Hulu reads: "'The Path' follows a family at the center of a controversial cult as they struggle with relationships, faith and power. Each episode takes an in-depth look at the gravitational pull of belief and what it means to choose between

I am shocked that Butler would let this picture "escape" He looks like a big giant head. Is this proof that your body fades away to nothing after 40 years of servants running around doing everything for you?

Tulsi was NOT going to last as vice-chair of the Democratic National Committee, and she knew that. Her resignation "in order to support Bernie Sanders" simply allows her to put a verneer of respectability and even bravery on her stepping down. She knew she was going to be asked to step down eventually. It was inevitable.

If any Gabbard interfered in the "investigation" that the DLNR conducted (just one phone call qualifies), then what it will take now is a DLNR employee with enough integrity to tell the prosecutors office, and somebody in the prosecutors office willing to acknowledge such interference. I'm not holding my breath...

If there was even one phone call from State Senator Mike Gabbard’s office to DNLR which could be regarded as interference in the investigation, then the electorate of Hawaii deserve to have this information. Politicians have been impeached for far less.

I am far less interested in smashing the cult of butler than I am in waking up the electorate in Hawaii. How much communication has gone on between the cult, Tulsi, her father Mike, and the DLNR ? This is the question that needs to be addressed regarding the death of Sri Shim. I have already posted my cynical attitude that rich kids get away with anything, including killing somebody, all the

On the subject of pets. In January 1975 I found my way to Koolau Farm - was Bill Penaroza's house at that time. It was raining (really raining - Kauai style), I was hitchiking, and I needed a place to stay. I had met Siddha in December on Maui. All at the farm were really nice - they said I could spend a night; but they were all running around very excited because Siddha was coming tha

Tulsi was just on REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER. Posted on Submit Your 'Overtime' Questions for October 30, 2015: Bill is the guy who made Religulous! He loves the intersection of politics and religion. So WHY weren't there any questions to Tulsi Gabbard about her crazy guru Chris Butler??? I wish I'd known ahead of time she was going to be a guest.

Okay, I don't understand why I should care (much less get riled up) about Pam Ho and his/her crush on Tulsi Gabbard. There are going to be lots of people in Hawaii who think "Tulsi is doing a great job" and "Tulsi cares about Hawaii" etc. That's okay. What we should be trying to do is enlighten everybody in Hawaii who are electing Tulsi just who she is with relat
