I already offered to re-post the whole

QuotePrometheuspanI am not a moderator, but i will answer this question. Having secret moderators is absolutely a red flag. If thats going on here its still a red flag. Having secret moderators means no accountability, no transparency, and no possibility for dealing with abuse. Since your forum operates in any case via an ad hominem double standard and since you are an ad hominem junkie, what goe

I see this conversation is not exactly proving to be a reflection of any sort of objective study. These are the points that Mr. Ross asked me to make. 1. Having anonymous moderators does not make an organization a cult. 2. Define any actual abuse taking place. Denying someone access to a web forum does not count. 3. This forum itself has anonymous moderators. What I see here is an

So is anyone going to address the points I have made? Or is the extent of this conversation going to be spamming articles at one another that are for and against the Zeitgeist Movement? Does having anonymous moderators make a group a cult? (Is this group therefore a cult?) As that is the entire foundation of Mr. Wish's accusation, I would like an answer to this question.

QuoteDavidWishVTV, I am going to be totally straight with you. I addressed everything. I can assure you that no rational mind agrees with you. They messed you up. I'm sorry. I can't help you. OK, going to address this one more time. I spoke to Rick Ross, the expert who runs this website today. I tried to post this here, for some reason it became it's own thread. First

Is the Zeitgeist Movement a cult? By Neil Kiernan a.k.a VTV Where did the accusations start that the Zeitgeist Movement was a cult? Well as most unfounded statements about the Zeitgeist movement it usually starts with someone who is angry because they were banned from the forums for being jerks. The next phase of this generally leads to them going from being ardent supporters of the RBE and T

I wanted to share an exchange that is going on right now on Facebook with a user who kind of dubiously reminds me of David Wish. I do not mean this to be insulting to Mr. Wish and this should not be considered an attack. However as we are all just people on the internet it is often easy to create false idenities on the internet to pursue an agenda. This is what he said when asked to provide proof

First of all, allow me be clear. Mr. Ross does not endorse the Zeitgeist Movement, and does not want to taken as such. He has not had a chance to really investigate the Zeitgeist Movement. However he made it very clear in our conversation today the following: 1. Having anonymous moderators does NOT make an organization a cult. (And in fact, this forum has anonymous moderators.) 2. There is

QuotecorboyGerman media networks have reason to be concerned because Germany not only has suffered from the effects of Nazi terrorism but, during 1968-1977, suffered from Communist terrorism as well. The Baader Meinhof group and the Red Army Fraktion (RAF) exerted a reign of terror and murder during that time and the memory is still fresh. Here is an academic study of the terror years fr

This forum behaves a bit oddly. Posts take a long time to show up sometimes leading me to believe they were not posted (Which is the reason for some of the double posts in this thread). I looked over the list of warning signs and considered doing a much longer post about this, but I realized it really was not necessary. So I am going to go over a few key points. 1. One of the reasons for the confusion over what our organization is is because we state that we are not a "political movement". But in practice we are a political activist organization in the same context

QuoteDavidWish QuoteAny organization not confronting it being a cult, deleting information relating to it being a cult, having people in the position of directing others anonymously, as the moderators there are anonymous, is a cult, by definition.
