Thousands of people have been hurt, and are continuing to get hurt, at many different locations where TZM members are actively involved and encouraging others to participate. If this is concerning to anyone here, please investigate. Thank you

It seems reasonable and compassionate to me, to look clearly as possible at any situation that is causing harm to life. “Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way.” ¯ Martin Luther King Jr. Person A gives ins

It appears that there may be a deep connection between TMZ and Occupy, given the amount of people within Occupy that are TMZ members. Whether there is conspiracy or anything like, between Occupy and TMZ remains to be proved. Yet, it is certainly concerning. Given these two facts: 1. Thousands of people have been “physically hurt” doing Occupy actions. 2. TMZ has been a heavy supporter of

Here are some quick notes to the readers of this thread. 1. I am, and have been, emotionally involved with the issue of TZM. 2. I have taken note of the moderation of this thread and other threads concerning TZM/TVP, especially concerning personal attacks, etc. 3. I have personally witnessed the destructiveness of mentally abusive cults. 4. In the context of the word abuse, it has bee

I see the points you are both making and the direction. I am having a harder time with the clarity, as I was personally involved. As everyone that has followed this thread knows, the reason I perused the forum issue was that a comment of an anonymous moderator was proven to be deceptive. It had nothing to do with being banned or just a general inflammatory post being deleted. I would have t

The actual facts that are posted on the other thread: That is quite an archive of facts, data, events, comments, opinions, discussion, and links. I see deception. I only care about each person that considers TZM. I want them to understand that I have taken Lifton’s test and believe this is a dangerous thought reforming movement. This test was also on the first page of the longer threa

Prometheuspan, Welcome to the Rick Ross forum. I can see that TZM and Neil have greatly upset you. I have read it is normal for a mentally healthy person to temporarily over react and be unreasonable, when faced with the irrational choices of others. I have read through some of your links and I am sorry you have gone through so much pain with this abusive cult. I should point out that a person s

As a factual note to others reading this thread, there were events that occurred before my posting of the deleted thread in TZM forum. After watching their movie I did a bit of searching online. I came across several articles. The list was quite large. I had much to look through. I spent a few hours looking around and noticed that some people were involved in a distributed computing project

VTV, I have a real problem with having discussions with people when they insist on spelling things out and then utilize the large amount of data to find areas to distract from the core issue. I can handle a conversation on the level of accepted standards; whether it is an in-depth discussion or discussion where certain areas are accepted as givens, by both parties, all in the hopes of finding a

QuoteVTV 1. One of the reasons for the confusion over what our organization is is because we state that we are not a "political movement". But in practice we are a political activist organization in the same context as Green Peace, Veterans for Peace, etc. We advocate an economic model designed for ecological sustainability. Not a religion, superstition, etc. (In fact a lot of our membe

I did save out the page using IE as a MHT archive. I did not think to mention that I did that, which is of benefit. That was a good idea to point that out for others. Let me add that the reason I have not posted a snap shot or reposted the thread on another board is possible copyright violation. I did not want to possibly break the law to prove my point. Gaby_64, I am not anonymous. I am not James Kush. I am not even aware of who that is. I have no hidden agenda. I am sorry you cannot seem to, yet, see the red flags and understand it's implications on human development and growth. An organization need have only one problem to be identified. I would prefer that TZM decided to acknowledge their shortfalls. We all make mistakes. You posted

I'm sorry you feel that way Gaby_64, but TZM is a cult. "If you do find some part of TZM that falls into the requirements of Robert J Lifton's checklist please explain" "The TZM forums are closed forums meant for members to discuss various topics relating to TZM, " I did discuss on the forum exactly why, and it was deleted. I called back and spoke with someone name Joel. We talked for a while and I asked him to contact Rick. He said they have no say so in TZM. That the movie is what Peter Joseph wanted and some of the people in the movie were displeased with how their views were used and presented. I told him that commonsense says, "Nothing can be built on lies." That TZM lacks transparency and fits the

I explained to her that TZM was acting with a lack of transparency and was abusing its members with cultist ways of suppression and thought. I have recently come across some video and reading from this organization. I have found they present some decent ideas. The more I have looked into this group and read the writings of many of it members I have found that there are unjustified argumentive behaviors exhibited by many of the so called followers. I recently came across this link discussing them as exhibiting some of the characteristi

I originally found this place because of a hit on Google involving the Christ Family. I spent about a year, with one or a few people on the road, about 30 years ago. Since then, I have had some very painful physical damage to my body, added on top of years of painful emotional abuse. I found myself committing mistakes in working with those I loved. I personally shunned all the drugs for pain.
