Hi, I am not sure where to post this but I am so greatly distressed. I’ve read threads here about recovery from New Age bs and I sadly admit I am one of them. I am not sure if I should even start a new topic or add to one of those threads but there are so many pages to the others, plus I do have one specific concern. I don’t even know where to begin. I got into the new age thing in 2007.
