If TZM was not spreading Acharya S' work, why did TZM officially release a companion guide to Zeitgeist: The Movie co-authoried by Acharya S? Why was this featured on the TZM website? This is just another rehash of the "movies are not the movement" canard. I stand by my post as I have the others in this thread. At this point I'm not really sure much is left to say and I&

Another thing I might mention is TZM becoming an activist arm of The Venus Project. TZM was initially sort of like AboveTopSecret and sites like that: a place for people to discuss conspiracies, alternative history, psueo-science and things of that nature. On a whim, Peter Joseph Merola decided that Jordan Maxwell was no longer his inspirational figure and hero, but Jacque Fresco was. Instantly a

My initial interest in monitoring TZM came about due to the drastic differences in the groups philosophy vs. the way the organization was lead. I found it rather interesting that members of the organization wanted a form of direct democracy but decisions regarding the direction, messaging and imagery of the organization were entirely controlled from the top down. Sometimes even to the chagrin of

To lie I would have to be intentionally be saying things I did not think were true. Everything I have posted in this thread, to the best of my knowledge and according to my perspective, is completely true. It would be nice if you could disagree with people without personal attacks and calling them liars. This is my last reply to you.

I stand by the statements made in my posts. I expected you to disagree with them, and that's fine. But I will not debate with you.

Oh, and Peter Joseph Merola himself personally claimed to have evidence proving that detractors were being paid by "the government" (what branch, agency or department remains a mystery) to stop the Zeitgeist Movement. It would be terrible if he was just saying such things to manipulate his members into shunning outsiders. It would be even more tragic if he actually believed such nonsen

Quotecorboy Perhaps because the ZM forum was removed, the moderators who formerly ruled that roost no longer have an outlet for their puglistic energies unless they go to other discussion venues and try to behave as though they own and control the discussions on places not even owned by ZM. I spent countles hours monitoring their forum and I think it is reasonable to say that those in contr

I'm not sure The Zeitgeist Movement is a cult, I've never really agreed with that particular label. But I do think it is an e-sect (or Internet-Sect) that promotes an isolating and unhealthy world view. When something almost entirely exists on the Internet, I think it is fair to criticize how moderation is done. On the surface, yes, it was just a forum. But in the context of the e-sect,
