It would appear that crazy horse's sharemarket projects have now been scrubbed from the internet, and the founder has disappeared off the map too! Disappointing! Too bad the wayback machine exists. Everything published on the internet is permanent. The Pythagoras Investment Timing Index "Stock Nostradamus" - Version 2.0 Only the site's copy is available - review

I will never forget the evening a dinner party was arranged behind Ian and Pearl's back by another senior staff member and his wife. Just a dinner party. I call this event "DinnerGate" Jemimah (the daughter of Ian and Pearl) scolded them publicly in an all staff email about "how hurt" mummy and daddy were that Ian was not the center of attention, and in fact - not invited

I have no doubt at all that this is a cult. Exhibit A above, a member who believes they are in control when they have been reprogrammed. They get reprogrammed quite quickly and cut all ties with non members. A lot of them are rich vulnerable women, not sure whether wealth is a prerequisite or whether they stumble into the cult after going and seeking out greater meaning There is also discussi

So here’s what we know so far - Women are manipulated over time into changing their first names. - They are taken overseas for cult like conferences on a regular basis. - All new members are instructed and manipulated into cutting all ties with their family members. - Guilt, manipulation and fear run rampant within the community. Tight deadlines. 24/7 work. Limited if any compensation. - T

A famous yoga guru, Bikram Choudhury, founded of "Hot Yoga" which does yoga in 100F rooms and has a multi-millionare buisness spanning 3 continents has been using his buisness to lure women into human trafficing networks that rape and sexually exploit women. My heart goes out to these women. It takes alot of courage to go up against someone weathy and powerful as him and his inner c

I posted elsewhere that I think that RI should have a section for discussing alternative medicine as it is rather cultic in nature and a real public hazard. I admit some alternative medicines do work for some things...but much harm is done because of them and there is a whole sub-culture that is built around fear of conventional and scientifically tested medicine and people get hurt and die from

Sorry to respond so late...this is such a slow moving forum sometimes that its safe not to check all that often. Anyway, Things have not improved with my brother all that much...you are so right, he is addicted to god. That explains it better than anything I have yet seen. He has addictive qualities as alcoholism runs deep on his father's side...so this explains alot really. Mom has give

Thats good advice to see what he is lacking. The biggest thing he keep saying is that god blesses those who worship him with all thier heart's desires. I have yet to see this happen...in fact, quite the contrary...he has less freetime which he always complains about, and he has no notable change in income which really bothers him. Mom and I keep trying to push him to take the technical schoo

I have known some people into alternative medicine and it just seems very cult like. It doesnt matter how useless it is, they swear by it. I even know a couple who took their infant with spinal bifida to a chiropractor!! The same guy would not let his wife get eye glasses for vision problems but insisted she do eye exersizes. People die and many people are harmed from alterntive medicine. Ech

Sounds like stalking to me. Sometimes cult groups will stalk and harrass people who have left. It is best to hire a private dective if you want to catch them and take them to court. Police are rather useless in stalking situations.

I also have a history of being conned into cults, and a friend introduced me to the LOA and all this stuff. I was at first appualled that he would blame the crazy crap in my life on my negitive thinking...then I decided to have an open mind and look into this. I watched the Secret on Netflix and experienced an emotional high and had this amazing emotional experience where I believed that there ar

Gloria, Thank you for that info, I will see if I can get that book on amazon. Ya, my friend has been into this stuff for a long time, so I dont know how to break it to him. He sees the world as purposeful and as a result of our thoughts and beliefs, but I tried this for about 3 days, then had a massive autistic meltdown from stuffing all my "negitive" thoughts. I have autism, just

Madision, Hi, I was in a cult for a few years but have seen the damage that being born into one causes as one of my high school friends was born into one (small cults are rather common in Georgia). When I was trying to heal, I also encountered the same problem with therapists being clueless about the damage that the cult has done. Well what I did was journal. I journaled 3-4 pages a day and j

ya I watched that too...very interesting! They also said that Hitler and 3 others made a pact in the occult and Hitler broke the pact when he sent 2 of the men to be killed. According to the History Channel, after the pact was broken, he began to really lose the war and 2 months later, he committed suicide. WWII interests me and horrifies me that average people are capable of such evil in a m

I am somewhat experienced in cults because I am a former member of a campus cult and did alot of online research into the structure of cults and mind control techniques after my mom rescued me.
