Right. tree001 wrote that "you do not meditate there at all ... the rest of the time they will help you to clean your mind" And rrmoderator said, "Meditation is essentially stilling the mind through trance induction" I'm quoting here somewhat out of context, but what are they doing to clean your mind that isn't meditation?
