There are so many conflicting stories about Tibet and the conflict between China and the Dalai Lama. I never know who to believe! I was speaking to some friends who had recently visited, who were very upset by the fact that Tibet has changed so much since their last visit back in the 70s. I guess the people and their culture and way of life was really disrupted by the invasion of the Chinese.
