For molesting and/or raping children, throw them out - 4-ever. Giving them another chance is just setting them loose on another child. There should be some kind of 'place' they could be sent to and have to stay there - maybe be tattooed - LOL!

I think rape of adult women is something that should be carefully investigated. Sometimes women do make plays for ministers and priests. I personally think priests should be able to marry - all ministers, of course.
