This is a forum started by people who have been verbally and emotionally abused. It is a spinoff of another defunct forum whose owner became abusive and manipulative. These long-time members of her forum called her on it, quit and started this new one. They are a great bunch of people.

The OTHER forum was heavy into the codependency model and blame the victim. The owner also recommended Byron Katie's stuff among her resources. This new forum seems to be free of BK and the people running it are very supportive, nonjudgmental, kind and not pushing anything.
