I think this is going to help a lot.
I left a group that was very rigid and finally fled because it was harsh and oppressive. I don't know what to believe or where to turn now. It's been about 1 & 1/2 years, and I still feel lost. I was involved for about 14 years, so maybe it will just take some time, but hanging in there is hard.
I'm going to be doing a lot of reading... :-)
