I think it's needed:

I just saw a pic of my ex, a recent one. She looks horrible. Gaunt in the face, tired, kind of sickly...with a glazed look in her eyes.

In March, she was absolutely stunning.

Now she has the look of a cocaine or methamphetamine user.

Even when she was sick, she never looked that bad...and in her mind, she's doing so well in life, the recent pic she posted is likely her proof that she's "happy."

12 hour days, six days a week. Wasting her body away. She had a scarf on, likely to hide the gauntness in her neck. I know it's not cold in Oz right now.

Wow.

Any chance of "before" and "after" pics in order to illustrate the "Landmark effect"?

That would be a violation of her privacy, and although that's something she doesn't respect, it's something I do.

So ... how would you rate the quality of this 'apology' letter? How is their integrity?
