Weren't those Joseph Smith's exact words before introducing polygamy (young brides) into the Mormon Church? (Someone's lonely).

slandjt,

Regarding your 6/19/16 post and sorting out if your Walk experience with the HS was real, it may be helpful to take a look at Chapter 4 Section on Spiritual Gifts Which Are Temporary starting at paragraph 13 of the following link [walvoord.com]

I share your thoughts that sorting out what was real and true can be part of our healing journey.

Remember (who can forget) how the LW messages would take patches of content out of context from the OT and NT (Joel's Army, Obedience, Latter Rain, Manchild, Changed in the Twinkle of an Eye, Manifested Sons of God, Church Without Spot or Wrinkle etc.) and string them all together to form their grandiose doctrine about the Kingdom.

The story told in the link looks at what happens when you take scripture out of context. (funny)

HEADLINE NEWS: Then We Saw Him; Now We Don't

"Shabbat: We Anticipate His Appearing"

July 1, 2016

(The above link is a video message and does not reflect the sentiments below.)

EDITORIAL:

Two thousand years ago Jesus declared that the Kingdom was in our midst, but we did not see it. Nothing has seemed to change. God is still somewhere 'out there', while nowhere to be found 'in here'--therein lies the 'antichrist' spirit.

Christianity sorely needs a doctrinal upgrade.

"God is still somewhere 'out there', while nowhere to be found 'in here'--therein lies the 'antichrist' spirit."

You will know them by their fruits. When you relate to people, behind the scenes, as nothing if they offend you in some way, that is not Christ. People who stand up to deceptive, delusional bullies should be lauded.

The anti-Christs want a single, undemocratic, top down dictatorial kingdom of rank and chain of command incorporating trickle down attitudes/policies from A to Z. The anti-Christs preach a lie; the lie of hierarchy and spiritual stratification.

The anti-Christs/false teachers need to eliminate the Gospel of John from their Bibles since it supports the contrary concept that any “whosoever” can independently experience the Kingdom, God, Holy Spirit and Christ right within their own closet (Matt 6:6). The Gospel of John totally debunks spiritual stratification. Actually, the good news (gospel) is freedom and equality for all especially in the spirit realm.

The anti-Christs are wanting to sway the otherwise neutral universe (God’s universe) for their own purpose of abrogating to themselves the place of God.

I’m with changedagain: Resist and stand against all delusional bullies!!

Unfortunately for fear, it divides and separates, and we know what happens to those kingdoms.

LOVE seeks to conquer nothing. It merely TRANSCENDS.

BREAKING NEWS: God Found Guilty

"Do You Find Fault With God?"

August 7, 2016

". . . the Lord is leading us into repentence that brings us into a new level (downward)."

"Everything God is and does, even in judgment, is a manifestation of His goodness." (Please hit us one more time . . .)

"However, we . . . question what the Lord is doing . . . and how He decides to do it." (The perfect victimization platform.)

"God is looking to remove everything in our spirits that would find fault with Him and challenge His will." (Then who would we blame?)

". . .we put our hands over our mouth, and stop voicing that which we don't understand." (That should begin from the top down.)

voicing that which we don't understand."

If the 'hands over the mouth' method does not work, try choking yourself until you pass out. I've heard that is almost always effective.
