No way I am disregarding this post. That is impressive. I'm glad that I never worked for Priscilla, though, because all I would be doing is butchering quotes from Naked Gun...until she politely asked me to leave the residence.

Speaking of Priscilla, I barely escaped being attacked by her two security dobermans that continually roamed the premises after I casually wandered into the livingroom that was apparently off-limits while my boss was discussing the job in the kitchen with 'the Colonel', Priscilla's dad. When the maid noticed I had 'gone missing', my boss hailed me from the kitchen. I was sternly notified by the maid that had the dobies found me first, it might not have gone well.

Priscilla showed up soon afterward in a jogging outfit, and I remember being surprised at how short she was. (Everybody looks bigger on screen.) Lisa, who was about 12 at the time, would spend her entire days hanging out in the maids room watching TV. Oh, the lives of the rich and famous.

-------

Robert Vaughn's house was right next door to OJ's back in the day. Fortunately OJ was not home at the time because I hear he liked to play around with knives.

-------

Steve Garvey seemed to be a guy very impressed with himself, although his wife was very cordial to the workers.

------

Edward James Olmos was totally down earth and someone you would enjoy having a couple of beers with--and I think we might have . . .

Interesting stuff.
Back in the day, I'm glad I was not aware of the specific danger you were facing at Priscilla's home. I'm sure I would pray for you and judge the dobermans to the pit, and you would end up perishing, and they would live very long, fulfilling lives. Whew!

p.s. Shout out to my close friend Ryan Gosling!

Sharing my concerns lately about the LW has made me feel a little like a "bruised reed."

An autographed photo of Ryan Gosling would really help. I'm quite sure of it.

Ha--I'll see what I can do.

BREAKING NEWS: Put a Shovel to It

"Ground Breaking For New Library Complex"

July 4, 2016

"Big things are happening . . . the start of construction for a new Library and Administration Center . . . (watch your wallets)."

"Craig Haworth, Chairman of the Board (bored), Chancellor Hargrave (so humble), performed (with their public face, not their private one) . . . followed by great celebration (and fundraising soon thereafter)."

"The new building . . . will be a 46,000 square-foot library complex (in the day of the internet), housing a collection of 70,000 theological and general education books (most of which will be out-of-date by the time they hit the shelves)."

"It will also include a reading room, a computer lab, classrooms, offices, conference rooms, a theater, a university store and a cafe (the real reason for the 46,000 sq./ft.)."

"Jeremy Statler . . . is working with Rick Holbrook, head of the planning committee (watch your wallets while looking for hidden passageways and secret chambers)."

"The grand opening of the library is planned for summer 2017 (really?--did anyone consult with the Iowa Winter?)."

I hear you Larry. The LW in training (with a rod of iron) the members to reign and rule (with a rod of iron no less) for an Kingdom event such as the Millennium (which may not happen in their life time) has missed a great opportunity for the members to learn the ways of God through the application of God's grace and love. In playing God, the leaders presume to know how to create a bride with out spot or wrinkle and get the members to measure up, change, sanctify, regenerate, renew, or make new the members through obedience to the cultish treatment, discipline, demands and time frame. The results just haven't panned out over all these years since the early 1950's when JRS started the LW. And as Cloudwatcher previously commented, G has them circling the mountain again. Regarding the Sermon on the Mount (SOTM), I may not know what I am talking about but much has been written that the SOTM does not contain the Gospel message of salvation or grace or instructions on how to live up to it because it doesn't mention the indwelling of the Holy Spirit which leads some to think the SOTM points to the the law of the Millennium/ Christ's rule and the mind of Christ regarding a pure righteousness that can only flow from a regenerated heart. Just something to think about during those times one may doubt that they can ever measure up.

BREAKING NEWS: Gold Dust and Hoopla

"Bill Hart and All Nations Church"

July 16, 2016

"At All Nations Church Sat. afternoon with Mahesh and Bonnie, Bill and Beni Johnson, great joy to also have my dear friends Gary Hargrave, Silas Esteves from Brazil and Kevin Hargrave, all basking in the Glory and sweet fellowship (as we swapped stories about ruling over our respective kingdoms)."

(Afterwards, the cleanup crew swept up the feathers while the congregation dined on manna.)

BREAKING NEWS: Mission Accomplished?

"God Has Formed You Into A People"

July 23, 2016

"Tonight my spiritual father, Craig Haworth, brought a message . . . at Living Word Chapel in Palmer Lake, Colorado. God has created this prophetic community into a people who have become what God needs in the earth." (An historic first-fruits of all time?)

"Their willingness to allow God to form them into one people . . ." (Will this be an historic end to being brow-beat with condemnation for holding up the Kingdom?)

Sounds too good to last . . .

Oh no. We’re actually missing out? For some unknown reason the feeling of being alarmed escapes me!
