Note: The above referenced link

is from a Scientology organization (STAND). No wonder they want to “debunk the myth of religious brainwashing”.

Ahhh, the great School of Prophets. I spent 100% of my time goofing off and causing trouble and had no time to listen to their BS. Donkey Kong took up my entire day.

From STAND's website:

Scientologists Taking Action Against Discrimination

Mission Statement

Our mission is to protect Scientologists from intolerance and prejudice and to dispel rumors and lies about the Scientology religion, Scientologists, Church leadership and our Founder.

The purpose of Scientologists Taking Action Against Discrimination (STAND) is to end forever the defamation and bigotry toward Scientologists and the Scientology religion and to protect everyone’s basic inalienable right to practice their chosen faith.

I'm not surprised that they want to discredit scholars and former members!

Good catch, puddington.

My best memory of RD was his extremely poor driving. He would habitually press the gas and then let off, press and let off, again and again until you felt like throwing up.

I'm so sorry to hear that, Tmason. I'm catching up on your past posts now.

I have read the articles of formation for (the) Church of the Living Word, APCO (no public info available) and its subordinate churches. Any church that agrees to become part of TLW gives ALL property to the living word. In a laughable use of words it also reads that none of the proceeds will enure to the benefit of any person.

The Apostolic Totalitarian Ministry--we've all experienced it to one degree or another. Whatever you've given to this ministry, even if it's your whole being, is never enough. It always wants more...is never satisfied. The latest demands, of course, have to do with obedience. Obedience, obedience, obedience. Good luck on fulfilling that one. History (65+ yrs.) suggests it is a futile exercise--you will never be obedient enough to please the taskmaster, I mean, loving father. But if those still in TLWF want to put in the effort yet again, good luck to you. But don't be surprised if you return to the starting point, bashed...I mean, lovingly chastised, for not measuring up to the glorious 'word' you have received.
And the cycle continues...
