Oh, my! Lots of memories, good and bad, (and some triggers) in Leandra and Anastasia's latest Happy To Disappoint video. If you participated in the LA area Living Word Fellowship churches during the 1990s and beyond, you know. No Christmas for us or our kids or family. Only illogical commitment to leaders who pretended to be godly.

It seems like the moderator managed to get rid of the tangents. It used to be posts daily, and now ...

Was Changedagain was a casualty, and if so, was worth it?

I have to wonder if the moderator understands anything about what it is like to actually be in a cult like TLWF. They never liked tangents either. Sarcasm at the expense of the leaders was always the work of Nephilim.

What did TLWF said about nephilim? Like what were they exactly according to the cult?

Formally, the Nephilim were the channels of Satan, who most of the time were free of that influence, but at critical times could be possessed and used at will.

In many cases, the Nephilim were influential political figures, like the Kennedys. However, people in the fellowship who fell out of favor were often labelled that way, including, most famously -- JRS former spouse whom he divorced. But there were others too.

If you left the fellowship and were influential in dissuading others to join in the error, or were otherwise a problem, it was a good way to gain the label yourself.

Agree. Most of us posting on this forum are also proud bearers of the nephilim title.
