Collusion, no collusion, criminal conspiracy, no criminal conspiracy, obstruction of justice, no obstruction of justice, exonerated, not exonerated...
Doing what I can to bring this discussion group back to a relatively civil state.
I hope this post is not counterproductive.

p.s. Off to Costco. If some Nephilim blocks my path again to the salted caramel macadamia clusters, a confrontation is inevitable. No more tolerance.

Changed,

Hope the nephs at COSTCO let you get your candy. There's nothing worse than being run down by satanic channels while grocery shopping.

Thank you everyone for sharing so candidly. I know for most of us this openness is often emotional - it can come out in the not always best wording. Sometimes anger shows- I don;t blame any one for being angry as we work towards healing.

I am grateful that we as a group of survivors can feel emotion. There are areas of TLW, for me, where I still can not feel. Family who left in good timing when it was still a loving group of
bible based sermons , will say to me " Let it go. Move forward. Forgive and forget." I am glad they left when they did- for their sake.

My emotions are stuffed where I need to grieve the most. I will guess that is the case for many of you. While it can be a challenge to write our experiences - some aren't ready for the truth - there are those of us who really need past due to read the past due truth. So thank you everyone for sharing so courageously.

At best, my internet access has been spotty and will continue to be a challenge for a few more months-so I have been trying to catch up on the current events. I have not caught up on reading, yet. While I have a chance I want to ask some questions that may or may not have been specially addressed in regards to legal issues.

Some months back when I dropped off the face of the Earth I wanted to post some government links about what Non-profits can and can not do. If not addressed, yet, I believe it's worth a look.

Basically, if a pastor is paid to write sermons and manage the needs of the folks in the flock spiritually, there is to be no Double- Dipping by making a profit on the sermons pastor was paid to prepare and present.

A few of my notes are below - a work in progress - I have questions if any one has the answers as related to TLW.

Where did the money from the sale of goods go to?

Isn’t the pastor being paid to prepare sermons and deliver?

Is it ethical to sell recordings back to the people who paid tithes for a profit over the cost of reproducing a DVD for personal gain? Or is it Double Dipping? What does US law say when the pastor has already been paid to prepare sermons?

Is that receipt for a booklet written by the pastor and sold as a Fund Raiser going to pass the test for a legit charitable contribution or not if audited by the IRS? ( If you tithed and bought tapes then got a receipt would our charitable deductions be red flag to the IRS or not?)

Is the pastor salary and parsonage paid for by church members contributions? ( Yies! By whose opinion is 'enough''?) Is that salary enough for the pastor and his family to live or do they need another income on top of what work they do for the church?

What’s a normal salary for pastors?

Businesses owned by Church or the church leaders? Are members encouraged to only shop from that business?

What is a UBI?
Unrelated Business Income

Can the church book store sell books or tapes on church property that will go to private bank accounts rather than the mission of the church book store and still be considered Tax Exempt?
Any one know how the books were kept?

Was there any church property rented out? Who got the money for the rent paid?

How were Kingdom Businesses’ set up?
• On church property? Rented form the pastor or rented from someone else?
• Were 85% of Kingdom Business workers Volunteers or paid employees?
• Did volunteer workers collect SSDI or Medicaid and food stamps because they were over worked and under paid?

Does a UBI qualify for TAX exemption status or not?

Onion, I know you loved Bob. Thanks for speaking out.I'm so sorry. After all these years, I wonder how the kids are doing.

Not to distract from your loss, but, do we have any idea of exactly how many alleged "suicides" happened among the Anaheim? We lost quite a few.

And then the whole corrupt organization? Some one I loved was lost- I think pushed. So much for having revelation about caring for one's flock.

I have no idea the number of losses of lives that could have been prevented. But I suspect that what I do I know, I believe is appalling lack of under stated spiritual leadership on M & G part as the cap on the pyramid.

Do I dare say ______?
I will put it this way; I have been suicidal.I got in that state because I was pushed past exhaustion all too many times and I knew too much.

Was I "suicidal"? or was I pushed with out a choice? The way the cult operated, we were not taught nor allowed healthy/ balanced coping skills. I can't speak for B ob or all the other we lost, but in my case, "they" tried to keep me from getting 'help."

Yes, VERY interesting considering tax exempt status. And to think the youth group in the late '60's prayed fro a year 'round church camp fro every one.

Thank you Onion, the Bender family for one and other families whose ancestors were in that area of Iowa before it was a state lost their inheritances. The few at the top of the pyramid were never willed nor bequeathed sh-t to them. The land and family money was to build a place to worship God and learn holy scripture vs an empire.
Any idea how the state will look at the records of donations with the Benders being at the top of the "to b e paid back list"?

Was that like an 'allowance for boarding school'? How did tlw justify the room and board expense on their non-profit? Did any one ever graduate with a diploma from learning to be pure and obedient? Did your little allowances or paycheck ever pay into ssi;ssdi; soc security; income tax? Did tlw pay for health insurance?

Don't mean to rub salt in any wounds, but, we got screwed- the kingdom did not come and we are not getting any younger. Ffor those who are getting ready to retire or find they are too disabled to work- one has to have put in enough "quarters" in order to collect for the Soc Security system.

Any idea on how tlw handled this on their... non-profit forms to the irs and soc sec admin?.

Hi NancyB, Good to see you back here. :)

I'm not sure about anyone else, but my answers to your questions are: No, No, No, No, No and No. I did not get enough quarters because my income was not reported to social security. Luckily, I'm ok, but I know that a lot of people aren't. It's like they thought that little kids who were mistreated would never grow up and say something, and adults who were taken advantage of would never get old and need retirement income. There was no thought for anyone but themselves.
