To date there has been close to 600,000 page views of the discussion that takes place here. Obviously, our effort is not inconsequential.

Shalom knew enough about this forum to also post her open letter here. So many of the kids have referenced reading the cult forums pages recently or a at some time over the years. I'm so happy that it fueled hope until Shalom was able to post.

I am kind of sad that ApostleDog is missing this. I never knew what happened to him. He had said he was going in for surgery--that was after his wife died. He didn't know if he would make it. But I am sad he was on here helping people for so long and missed the finale.

Oh and someone should contact People Magazine about their cults documentary. I bet they would be interested.

Christmas truck said a very gooey sayonara tonight. Thank God.

Most of these events that included so many young people were an opportunity for fame on the backs of the people doing all the hard work and an opportunity to survey the prey herd. There were of course a lot of sincere and loving people but the birth of the truck was not just accompliseHed by Rick and was used by him like everything else.

CLOUDWATCHER:

I was not aware of any medical challenge facing Apostle Dog, but I do remember him officially 'signing-off' over some disputed push-back he was getting from 'someone' over 'something'. Luckily AP never had to live under the tyranny of any G&M stronghold, and thus missed all the mindf*cking and other 'benefits'.

ONION:

I was struck by your 'survey the prey herd' description of one of the 'uses' of the xmas truck. How shepherd-like.
P.S. Thank you for your courage and efforts in helping to bring this whole charade to a halt.

As a survivor of this cults abuse I too want to see some accountability.
I would also caution that it is at exactly moments such as this that those seeking "justice" for their cause can unintentionally morph into a blood thirsty mob.
There is a difference between revenge and justice and I advocate for the later.
Lets move forward with LOVE and understand that the souls of the perpetrators will pay the ultimate price to our maker.
