1972 to today

Greetings,
So great to find this forum. I am truly torn on my opinions and feelings.
My family joined TLW in San Diego in 1972 or therabouts. My mother still attends. I stopped attending in DC back in 1984. I met a girl in 1984 and of course I was forced to choose between TLW and my now wife on 30 years.
Haven't been back since 84 but obviously this recovery requires a lot of time and therapy with those that are able to understand.
Royal D Cronquist, and many many more names bring back memories.I still have the first bible I ever owned. Sara Statton ordered them for me and others. I loved Dan Statton. I recall vividly having no christmas, no birthday parties etc. Didn't go to public school until 11th grade. Anyone live in the Meadow Valley with us? I was baptized in the Meadow Valley wash.

I'm not sure people will read this post, so my suggestion would be for you to post on the other thread you were posting on. Not trying to tell you what to do, but just trying to help. You can say what you want to say on there, and might get a rebuttal, but who cares? Be free to say what you want.

Just a side note. I was around in the 50's to today.

I met RD in 1972. Was part of the church body at Coniah 75/76. When RD/family left the walk I stayed in touch with him until his passing.
