My husbands zealot daughter has finished her Persoal Dynamics training and moved to create her own

She has NO credentials of any kind other than her time in Personal Dynamics- ( same as the Forum ) (if you dont join she badmouths you
as she did with me ) Advised my husband leave me only bc I would not join PD ) She lives breathes and eats this lifestlyle 24/7, Scary stuff,

Her new group is targeting teenagers only
Is she by law allowed to give therapy with no therapy liscence ?
I wpi;d like to report this group to bettre business beareauor so something thast would get them to shut down
