If you read this page BEFORE going to the landmark forum you will get a sense of what will go on in your head after the course.
The landmark forum is very mentally exhausting. This is just part of the jargon that they will implant in your head.
The insights are not insights - they are just repeated jargon.
To live by the standards when you become a true landmarker is impossible. Your head/brain will sooner or later become overwhelmed by all the "rules" and contradictions.

so many contradictions! and then you question it, and there are justifications for everything!

contradictions is a way to soften up your brain for brain washing (implanting of thoughts).
