Basically, this guy training to be a "seminar leader" for Landmark Education in Wisconsin is being charged by the U.S. Government with Wire and Mail Fraud. Not something you would expect for someone trained to lead seminars on "integrity". WKBT Wisconsin News has three versions of articles on it so far:

A ~personal development company~ started by a con man in which other con men find a "philosophical" home where there are no ~victims~ or victims ~create their own reality.~ Is it any surprise a criminal sociopath would fit right in with the other sociopath leaders at Landmark and proceed to "fleece the flock?" Too bad for him he couldn't distinguish the obvious con from the "soft" con Landmarkers peddle.

One wonders how many photos and brochures they had to busily erase or ~disappear~ from their files.

Landmark is constantly fighting against any type of open discussion and is against any type of free speech. They have their little group of internet censors who go around and try to propagandize everything. Remember when they tried to attack some Joe Average guy who posted that video from France?
Landmark is almost worse than Scientology, in this way.

Even the supporters of Landmark have to wonder why Landmark is so fascistic and against any type of free discussion, or open debate.

also, of course, those who represent Landmark have to justify their salaries, so they go around making trouble.
But what they did by trying to censor the French video, they made it 50x worse for Landmark. Maybe they will all get fired, as they are disgracing Landmark even more with their ill conceived anti free speech agenda.
Landmark makes themselves comes off to the public as an aggressive 'cult', like Scientology, due to their overblown attacks on the media.

Their biggest problem in attacking Joe Average is that Joe wakes up .... surveys what is going on ... and transforms in to Joe Superman.

Worse still, they are incredibly vulnerable because their large group brainwashing requires a series of perfectly controlled events. Like a huge bubble in danger of being popped.

No wonder they hate it when information escapes. It transforms their business model in a very bad way.

Its possible for Landmark to contract to a point where it may collapse and shut down.

How?

All it takes are former participants and former Landmark Forum leaders to explain online, EXACTLY what happens in the Landmark LGAT seminars.
Every part of it needs to be completely exposed and explained, in a clear, calm manner, step by step.
In a completely honest way.
That way, even if people do Landmark, they will notice that what was being said was accurate.

From the intro meetings, the techniques used there, to exactly what happens throughout all of the LGAT seminars, and the fees, and everything else. Every exercise, and every event.

Also, a comprehensive description of the covert persuasion methods being used.
As well as the history and background of Landmark.

Then to move onto explaining the psychological effects Landmark has on people, including the negative effects, and the temporary euphoria for some people.
Also, to explain how to recover from the damage from the seminars.

If former participants and leaders completely explain how Landmark works, in an honest way, and then make the information available online, like at www.wikileaks.org
this will eventually cause Landmark to lose so much business they will begin to contract.

Also, listing the damages that have happened to people, and the controversy will end most of its corporate work, as companies don't want this white-collar cult baggage association. Bad for business.

Certain countries got rid of Landmark, and clearly Landmark is shrinking more every year.
The Landmark Forum used to be something people talked about, now its seen as being exactly like Scientology in the workplace.

A couple dozen former Landmark participants precisely telling the truth and facts, could spell the end for Landmark.
