question lady
My husband seems vacantly euphoric most of the time. He has "releasing pals" he spends a an hour on the phone with every day, in addition to the weekly teleconferences. He tells me of new miracles (called "gains") which he does not question in the least.
Just doing my morning sweep of all the spam and noticed this, question lady. I wonder how much else of the "Sedona Method" has scientology at its core. "Erasing Engrams" is what they call their practice of neutralizing negative thoughts and feelings and they refer to their successes as "case gains." You are correct about the dissociation but most people who suffer from the psychosis recognize at some level the gravity and the importance of those negative thoughts and feelings. After all, why bother trying to escape them if they aren't important?
