Has anyone heard anything about or had experience with this group? It was recommended to me by the editor of a progressive parenting magazine -- which, by the way, also heavily promotes EFT. (That in itself doesn't seem to be a bad thing, since the intention is to help kids learn to soothe themselves ... I think.)

Emotional Freedom Techniques. It's a purported alternative therapy, but critics say there is no real proof of its effectiveness.

landmark teaches that emotions/feelings should be thougt of as "weather reports" - not to be trusted. To stop listening to your emotions and feelings is part of mind control - if you don't trust your emotions you can be duped to join a cult - just pick one and go for a ride....
