Anyone, especially you survivors and ex-forum leaders of Landmark, ever seen the movie "Donnie Darko"? Wierd movie wherein Patrick Swayze plays a motivational speaker who conducts a 'landmark' type seminar (more of a side character really) the main character (played by Jake Gyllenhall) accuses Swayze's character of being the Anti Christ. Just go rent it.

Movie freaked me out big time!!!

Wow! I will have to watch it again to achieve a better understanding, but I really enjoyed it. I love twisted movies that aren't bloody. Plus all my favorite '80's alternative music! I was a big Tears For Fears fan when I was younger and the movie's use of their music was so haunting. Must admit I had a bit of sinister delight that Patrick Swayze's character (the landmark type) was caught running kiddy porn. And when Darko went off on him calling him the anti-Christ, just precious. The only thing that would get me back into one of their rooms would be to see someone going off on them like in this movie. :D

But I have to wonder which LGAT Richard Kelly had the unpleasure of knowing since the movie obviously put those type in a bad light. :?:

Darko is now my favorite film. It was a great combination of several different catagories of flim, had the Sci-fi, comedy, drama, teen romance, and the suspense. Without a doubt one of the more entertaining films Ive seen in ages.
