in particular, I agree with the following comment below the clip:
"The more people who go through the Landmark Forum, courses and IFP track it may be the less sustainable Landmark becomes. As most people leave landmark after a few months, a few stay and are dedicated who often burn out. It leaves an environment of those formerly active that are indifferent, skeptical and some negative about their participation in Landmark. Eventually a tipping point may reach where the skepticism of those formerly involved resulting in diminishing number of new enrollees."
